The Lean Construction Institute (LCI-UK) is privacy conscious and is strongly committed to your right to privacy. To this end we have implemented a Data Protection Statement which follows guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 which sets rules for processing personal information held both on structured paper records as well as computers. LCI-UK collects personally identifiable data in several ways:
(i) through email sent to any of our email addresses
(ii) through submission of a Membership Application Form or
(iii) Contact Form.
All personally identifiable information provided to LCI-UK is processed in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. It is our policy to disclose information to third parties only if required to do so by United Kingdom Law. Your information will not be compiled for dissemination or sale to external parties for the purposes of marketing or send mailings on behalf of any third party.
