Available courses include:

- Value Stream Mapping
- Collaborative Planning
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Standardised Work
Our courses are available as standalone workshops.
If you would like to complete the Lean Construction Institute Standard and benefit from CITB grant payment, part two must be completed (bookable separately).
