Lean Practitioner Module 2: Leading Improvement Projects

This second Lean Practitioner workshop focuses on practical tools, techniques, and people skills needed for leading improvement projects. It builds participants’ confidence, introducing the A3 form for capturing project data and outcomes. Participants learn how to identify and manage stakeholders, write problem statements, and create data collection plans. The workshop covers all stages of the DMAICT process, focusing on stages 1-3.  It can be delivered in person or online, to meet participant needs.
