LCI-UK is pleased to announce our 2016 Training Day on Wednesday 26th October.
Each delegate can choose a 3-hour morning workshop, and a 3-hour afternoon workshop. Six practitioner led workshops will be on offer both morning and afternoon on topics such as Collaborative Planning, Value Stream Optimisation, Visual Management, Developing & Deploying Lean Leaders, Marketing Lean, Empowering the workforce, The Improvement Kata for Lean Projects, and an Introduction to Lean in Construction.
