Speaker: Graham Cleland, NG Bailey Offsite

After gaining a degree in Engineering in 1991, Graham began his career at Procter & Gamble in Newcastle as design and project manager. Since then, he has established his own business and acted as sales & commercial director for Unite and other clients as well as holding senior positions in companies such as Lakesmer, Modulogic and Rollalong.

More recently, Graham joined NG Bailey to lead their Offsite Manufacture division – the UK’s leading independent engineering, IT and facilities services.

Graham’s passion and enthusiasm for offsite manufacturing has recently led to features in magazines such as Construction News, where he can be found sharing his views on unleashing the potential of offsite and what’s next for the innovative technique.

Graham is an expert in offsite construction and has a wealth of experience spanning some 17 years in the sector and his presentation will cover topics including DfMA, lean and offsite manufacturing.
