Tony Blanch is Business Improvement Director with Costain.
Tony is a Civil Engineer by profession and joined Costain in 1987 where he has held many positions, including Civil Engineer, Quality Manager and now has responsibility for Business Improvement across the Group which include Continuous Improvement (Lean and EFQM), IT, Commercial and Management Systems, Information Security, Business Continuity, Collaborative Working and Asset Management.
Tony is particularly passionate about Collaborative Working and how when linked with Lean brings about benefits and added value for those involved. Tony is also a Foundation Board Member for the Institute of Collaborative Working.
