The follow on from the very successful 2016 event. Hear about the latest developments in Lean Construction from the research activities of the Centre for Lean Projects at Nottingham Trent University. One of the largest centres of its kind in the world, the Centre for Lean Projects undertakes both Doctoral and Industry funded research that challenges the front line of Lean Construction implementation. Projects have looked at the challenges associated with collaborative planning and the use of Takt, developing lean project delivery systems, establishing flow, waste embedded in procurement, human impact and many other aspects of industry performance. The day will comprise 6 presentations with ample time for discussion. Venue: Nottingham Trent University; Numbers limited to 40.
